On reducing energy cost consumption in heterogeneous cellular networks using optimal time constraint algorithm

The increasing data demand in recent years has resulted a considerable rise heterogeneous cellular network energy usage. Advances networks with renewable supplied from base stations offer the communications sector interesting options. Rising consumption, fuelled by huge growth user count as well usage of data, emerged most pressing challenge for operators fulfilling cost-cutting and environmental-impact objectives. use minimum power relay or conventional microcells is intended to lower network's total This paper examines reasons, difficulties, techniques addressing networks' cost reduction issue. Because variety mobile traffic, issue reducing costs necessitates both spatial temporal resource allotment optimization. In this paper, we proposed new technique consumption using optimal time constraint algorithmic approach. We demonstrate that method space complexity.
